When is the next launch?

The next launch has not been decided yet. If you leave your email on the newsletter you will get access to pre-launches. Feel free to follow us on social media as well, where we try to share along the way and keep you updated.

Can you order the art print with a frame?

Unfortunately we do not offer frames at the moment, but all standard frames in A4, A3 and A2 will fit fine.

Are the prints physically displayed anywhere, or only online?

In addition to online, you will find most of the art prints on display in the gallery shop Hugleik at Bryggen in Bergen. The address is Jacobsfjorden 6C, 5003 Bergen. Here it is possible to both view and purchase the pictures. You are most welcome to take a look.

How much does shipping cost?

All prints are safely packaged in a sturdy cardboard envelope with reinforced edges (A4 and A3) or protective tube (A2).

Shipping costs 89 NOK in Norway and 350 NOK abroad. For orders over 1,500 NOK, shipping is free, both in Norway and internationally.

Do you offer returns and refunds?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the print and we will refund the amount. The print must be in the same condition as when received, the buyer covers return shipping, and the product must be returned in the same, or equivalent, protected packaging that it came in.

Should the print be damaged during shipping, we will find a solution together. Please let us know as soon as possible after receiving the item, and no later than within 14 days.

What is the delivery time for orders?

We do our best to deliver quickly. Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days, and the mail usually takes 3–5 business days. In case of high demand or postal delays, delivery times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you updated along the way.

Why did the art print I had in my shopping cart disappear before I was paid?

Unfortunately, adding a print to your cart does not reserve it. If someone else completes the payment first and there is only one copy left, the item will automatically disappear from your cart. This can especially happen during launches or when the print run is close to selling out.

What does it mean that the art prints come in limited editions?

When we say limited edition, it means that each motif is only printed in a set number of copies. Each print is numbered and signed, and once the edition is sold out, no more will ever be produced. This means that you get a unique piece that not everyone else can have on their wall, and it can also help the value increase over time.
